Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the pool area to prevent accidents and respond quickly in emergency situations.
- Enforcing pool rules and ensuring that all guests follow safety guidelines.
- Conducting regular inspections of the pool, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Administering first aid and performing water rescues when necessary, following established protocols.
- Testing and maintaining water quality by regularly monitoring chemical levels and making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborating with fellow lifeguards and staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass Lifeguard training
