Responsibilities:

As a lifeguard, your primary responsibility is to safeguard the lives of pool patrons and maintain a secure aquatic environment. Join our esteemed team and embrace the crucial role you will play in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Key responsibilities:

• Maintain constant and attentive surveillance of the pool area, diligently observing activities and promptly identifying any signs of distress or potential hazards.
• Possess the knowledge, skills, and physical abilities necessary to swiftly and efficiently perform water rescues when required, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Administering first aid and CPR, providing life-saving interventions to individuals in need until professional medical assistance arrives.
• Execute emergency action plans with confidence, effectively coordinating responses and providing clear instructions to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations, promoting a secure and respectful environment for all patrons while addressing any infractions or misconduct.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards, maintaining a safe and hazard-free environment.
• Monitor and maintain water quality by regularly testing chemical levels, ensuring compliance with established standards, and promptly addressing any deviations or concerns.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with pool guests in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Foster a cooperative and supportive team environment, working closely with fellow lifeguards and staff members to ensure seamless operations and a unified commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass Lifeguard training
